Thank you Tom for hosting the meet and greet. I had a great time meeting everyone and the drive was very fun and all cars seemed to run well what a blast.

I want to thank Tom, both personally and as a group, for being one of the most gracious and generous hosts I have ever met, and for having a wonderful get-together!.

Imagine, in this day and age, of being invited to someone's home, having some fun driving new roads, and then sitting down at the hosts' dinner table with several guests that are complete strangers to each other, being offered an excellent meal, and having a really great time! Very gracious of Tom, his wife (sorry, forgot your name), his children (very respectful teenagers) and experiencing comradeship and discussions that were amazing. BTW, the technical knowledge of this group was unbelievable.

The people and cars were awesome, the driving safe and fun, and the entire adventure was one to never forget.

Tom, if you do this again, I will absolutely be there!

Paul, Thanks so much for the kind words. We all had a great time. Everyone was so nice and respectful and my wife enjoyed everyone. I did go and buy her flowers this morning. I'm sure everyone knows of my engine problems that I have and I wanted to sell the car. Matter of fact I already have an offer. However after yesterday and hanging with everyone and there cars I have decided to pull the motor and see what happen. Jeff from speedtoys and I went to breakfast this morning and after breakfast we tore into the car and got the oil pump out. The problem is with the pick up. So when I get the motor out I will let you all know what we find. In the mean time if anyone has a lead on a good used engine let me know.

I need to say one other thing. I have hung with BMW people and Jaguar people. I must say they are all different types. The 928 fans are the coolest on the planet. I identify with you guys more than any other group that I have found. You guy aren't afraid to get dirty and share your knowledge. Thanks everyone and as long as the planets align, I will most defiantly do this again.

I also want to thank you for being such a great host. I also really had fun driving those roads. I've never been on SLO's backroads and didn't know what to expect. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement.

Dinner was also great and everyone that showed up made for great conversation.

I hope we can do this again in the future. Thanks for having us all

Tom and Julie were wonderful hosts, what a nice family! I had the pleasure of sharing my car with Tom on the way up the coast, (since his car was undergoing some surgery), and after lunch Tom took the wheel for the drive back. I can safely say that not only can he raise a family, take pretty good pictures, and cook, he can DRIVE! Thanks to everyone for the lovely day on central coast with great food and fellowship with our scraggly group of 928ers. My car got me home with speed and comfort almost 24 hours to the minute from when I left. Hope to do it again!

I had a great time . I also want to thank Tom, his wife and family for allowing us to get together. This was one of the most enjoyable outings I have been out to!!!
The company was great and it was nice to see the turn out of six 928's, one 944S2, and 911 Carrera for the run up to Ragged Point. It was great seeing each car and speaking with one another.
The day was beautiful and sunny, great roads, and food. Tom you did a wonderful job as host with the t-shirts, route, and awesome tri-tip bbq. I wish you well on with your
928 and hope to get together again.

Thank You!!!
Charles

Oh ya...great GTS fenders on your car.

They were a factory option on some cars at some year, just not yours...so def added on later.

Great event Tom, thanks. My dad enjoyed it too. Unfortunately I cam down with the flu that night, I really suffered from 11pm until 4am. Hopefully I didn't pass it to anyone there. I had no indication of illness until about 9pm.
