Correct about like predicting that the sun will rise today when it is already 1 PM . 928 prices have already gone up 200 , 300, 400 percent . The next double should be more difficult but no
one KNOWS they simply have opinions.
Should someone yell FIRE and everyone stampedes to exit history says bubbles crash more quickly than they went up. Buy them to drive and enjoy because people do not need a 928 they simply may want one or NOT.
and the trick to being right about predictions is to make them often so sooner or later you might get it right.
College professor teaching about investing would start out his new class by having all the students stand up and ask them to choose heads or tails and would flip a coin and ask the losers to sit down eventually he would be left with only one student standing. He would then announce to the class that this last student would be their investment advisor because he always wins. Perhaps points out some of the fallacy of believing that the past predicts the future....

Funnily enough, I was looking at a 996 Turbo S and thinking that its a certain bet on future value, being the last year of production, few made, and still relatively cheap (manuals seem cheaper than a 928GTS auto lately?!?).

I'm not into garage queens, but if I can drive something fun for a few years and get my money back, thats ideal Of course, I need to sell one of my 928's first..

I'm thinking the 996 Turbo is about to be discovered(re-discovered?). It's a hoot and a half. Still reasonable price for gobs of perf.
