The early arrivals have had a good time so far. The boat shop tour was fantastic. We await the Friday people.

With Paul Taylor's '81 on the lift, we puzzled over this small damper on the front suspension. What is it? The threaded hole is on our newer cars, but no damper.

It's an engine damper. Take it off and throw it out, it's adding weight and drag

Is that a red 928 with a white stripe in the back right corner of that table?

If so: How much?

I'll check in the morning. Chuck Gladle is having a fire sale on his collection. If it is, you want it, right? Lots of excellent stuff.

Jon made it here!

Toured Tumblehome Boat Shop, wow, restoration shop for old wooden boats. Great owner Rubin spent time taking us on the tour

Took a hike up on Stewart Mountain ( named after Curt’s wife, Nancy’s family) with Curt and Paul Taylor. Great view of Loon Lake from the summit.

Shawn, it is indeed a red car with a white stripe. Needs an alternator, though. Still want it?

It's also on a flatbed, which seems like a bad omen. But: Yes, I want it!

The two non-928 ousted to fun-run group 3. By themselves.
Still had a great time. Weather and view were beautiful.
