Hey Peanut Gallery and your all knowing pricing of the 928 parts market....

I scooped up 3 ski rack version of this for $300/each from AASE (can't remember the rest of their name) as NOS in 2012. I sold each for $800-1000 on here 4-6 years ago.

Since you don't know what these are worth. Here's one of my threads...

Good Luck with the Sale OP!!!!

They are a cool as heck, RARE accessory!

Yes the rack is still available, I’ll try to post some more pictures later today. Sorry I don’t frequent the forums as much as I use to so private message and email are the fastest way to get in touch with me.

My apologies for the side track but I don't understand. Please name a few ways it's wrong.

I consider Vail to be wrong in so many ways. Love the mountain, not the town.

Jump out of your Porsche with the fanciest ski outfit and brand new skis. Just a generalization that I have seen all too many times.

Camaro wheels on a 928 could be called wrong to...a generalization many have seen all too many times.

But if you dont wanna ski rack...dont install one.

It's really that simple.

But damn...id buy this right now, but im maybe a few bucks short of just..just....gah!!!

I thoroughly clean the rubber pads before installing, debated on getting some vinyl to lay down first going forward.

I haven't noticed any damage or marks anywhere. It doesn't have to be very tight.
