They can. You will need to cut notches in them to use the stock clips that hold them in place.

Yes they are compatible, but unless someone here can verify they will fit with those connection adapters on as S3, you may want to keep searching for ones that do not require the adapters.
On an S3 there is little to no room under the manifold for the stock connections

Hi Dave,

As it turns out I just bought the Ford Racing 24LB Injectors M-9593-A302 / 0280150947 ones locally. Will just need to change o-rings to 16.5mm,
