1 Gallon garden sprayer, (They are only around $10 AUD so probably about $5 USD) remove nozzle assembly from the delivery tube, fill sprayer tank with lube of choice. Insert tube into trans, pump up and leave for 15 mins or so depending on temp and viscosity of oil, drink beer while waiting.

Oh man, thank you guys for the tip on the garden sprayer! I was having a really bad time with those lousy fluid transfer pumps trying to change the transmission fluid on my 996TT. Garden sprayer worked 100x better, for about the same price.

$14 hand-pump fluid transfer pump from your auto store.
i use one to "pre-oil" engines that have been sitting a while - pull the oil pressure sensor and install a hose barb in its place, clamp it together and put the "inlet hose" into the oil jug.
forces oil through all the passageways to get flow at cams, bearings etc pretty quickly. i pumped ~1qt into my 06 Subaru yesterday in about 30 seconds, could hear it spurting and gurgling through the PCV vents.
