Hi guys

Is there anyone out there that can loan me a cam tensioning tool as I am about to replace my cams / belt ?

I didn’t see the point on buying one if someone can loan me one for a short time.

Are you talking about the cam belt tensioning tool as Mark suggests or are you talking about the tool used to hold the camshafts in place whilst the cam clamps are unbolted? I would think you will have a belt tensioning tool given all you have been up to but...?

Either way, if you do not have the Kempf tool then you should get one.

Marti I have lock and Kempf tool in Kinross. Well once I get it back from my mechanic. On 28th.

That would be ideal and good to meet at the same time. I am planning to swap the cams over the festive break for a set of Colin’s tri flow cams.
