I think he's busy cleaning and fixing damages from the hurricane that touched his house last summer.
Thankfully no structural damage to the house and shop but had to replace a few garden fence posts, pool house screen, etc damaged from the storm.

Tony, you will definitely enjoy the Tucson lifestyle, pretty laid back and tons to do outside! I lived there for 12 years, originally out on east side then moved into foothills, my backyard opened up into Catalina State Park. I was out there last week as I have about 170 employees there. Will shoot you a message next time I am headed out that way.
