Default Does anyone know what these are?

Hello
Just acquired a 1985 S2. Its a bit of a shed and will require loads of work. My forte up until know has been Alfas so this is all new to me, and Ill give the WSM and this forum a good read so I dont ask any questions that have been dealt with before. However as a starter for 10 can someone tell me what the plug and connector shown in the photos are for? The round connector is attached to a 3/16 pipe so I assume its some kind of sender?
Thanks
Sam

first picture is the dealer crank position sensor plug this is for diagnostic service dont worry about it.

That white plug could be for the air cleaner temp sensor or the warm up regulator.
turn on the key to run position,
with a volt meter check to see what voltage you get,
if its about 5 volts then its for the air cleaner temp sensor, this is usually located on the bottom side of the aircleaner housing

if its 12v then its for the WUR this unit is located on the right side of the throttle body.

What sort of 'warm up regulator' is on an L or LH-jet? I thought WUR were preculiar yo K-jet.
Isnt that white connector a long way from a TTS on a Aux air valve - usually right up front ?

look at the throttle body picture,
you just see the corner of the aux air valve in the picture its to the left of the throttle body.

Most of us know that as the auxiliary air valve. The WUR controls the system pressures of the K jetronic injection and is in front of the intake manifold.

And on a CIS engine the aux air valve is also in front of the intake.
This is a WUR - https://www.ebay.com/itm/Mercedes-Wa...-/192385210234
This is an Aux air valve as used on 928s http://www.design911.com/Auxiliary-A...et/prod135647/
This car also has a fuel cooler, visible in first pic - never seen on a CIS car AFAIK.
