Default Crack in Vent Hose - will it affect drivability until I replace?

Found a crack/hole in the hose #13 - circled in red (928.110.652.01) in the tank ventilation system that connects the vacuum valve #40 (929.110.429.08) to the bleeder valve #8 (944.605.240.01).

Will this affect drivability much until I can order a new one?

Thanks

Assuming nothing else is wrong, no.

Didn't think so, but wanted to confirm.

Thanks!

Ken if you're worried why not temporarily wrap it with one of these emergency self fusing wrap tapes found at all the Auto stores?

Nope. Just a long metric hose that’s rated for fuel vapor.

Some fuel line would work fine for that then. I would just head to the auto parts store or order appropriate metric line.

Some metric lines are hard to find and regular parts stores. I had to the to the Benz dealer to get the 7mm FI line for my '85. They sell it by the foot and it's cheap even at the MB dealer.
