Default WTB: original OB 5 speed shift ****

Hi, does anybody have one of these sitting around they would like to sell me for a sensible price? I am 'ROW' but it could be sent to my family in Austin TX.

It is for a '79.

Thanks

Do you need the **** only? No boot?

Any 911 shift **** from 89-96 will fit like a glove. Reuse your old boot, looks original and great. Check eBay, lots of stock looking options

Technically the 79 **** is different that the later version. It is not leather wrapped and the shift pattern is molded in. The boot affixed to the neck instead of enveloping the ****.

Hi guys, yes I need the **** only, no boot, as per this pic, early cars had this tall, moulded piece, with shift pattern. I have one from a VW caravelle with the dog-leg pattern and it looks and feels totally wrong. I want the OG piece.

I do need the bass-ackward shift pattern in the top - I am also dd'ing an SC and need to look at the pattern in which ever car I am in everytime I shift - so, 2nd, where's that again? Ah yes, up there.... LOL.
