Default Looking for one of these grommets

Hi all, does anyone have or know where I can get one of these hole grommets(?) from?
They are higher up on either of the side panels in the rear of my '88 S4 and I'm missing the passenger side one.

Thanks.

Rosette for the cargo cover cords ? 928.555.777.02 and 999.591.484.02 (clamping washer) ? In pic 2 above, is that it just under the belt , or is that the seat back pivot?

Lovely, thanks Sean!! I'll pm you.

What are these things called? Better yet, what's the part # for future reference?

jp, the first pic is the part on the driver's side, then the second pic is the missing piece on passenger side. I took the pics with the rear seat backs folded down, so not the seat back pivot as the seats are still in place. Probably the cargo cover holder you mentioned. Thanks.

Here's a shot of the backside with the clamping washer, it's a little involved to get at it, you'll have to pull the rear seat on that side before pulling the rear quarter panel.

Ah, thanks Rob. I remember seeing one at a breakers yard in Texas, I tried pulling it out from the panel and just ended up breaking the sucker as I was wrestling with it, lol.
