As i get older...this set up is becoming a more and more firmer ride for me.

Would using Konis make a difference or is it the springs that are providing the firmness.

Car handles great with them though!

they still have a lifetime warranty/rebuild on them from Bilstein dont they?

It's the springs. Way too stiff.

You should be used to a rough ride after all those miles on your road bike.

Yup.

Bilsteins with factory springs works great, IMHO.

My aluminum frame is more compliant than my springs..i swear!

Time for change perhaps...that's all. I don't track it any more. Even with 450rwhp , just about every car on the road has more power OR some sort of dynamic suspension/torque vectoring $hit that makes up the difference. Hell.. my wife can probably out run me in my 928 in her F-Pace S!

Could you link it

I have Bilsteins in my 81 and the front springs are too long. S4 springs are the ones I need right?

I've driven many of the variations.

Bilsteins with stock springs are fine.
Konis with Eibachs are fine.
"Leguia Valved" Bilsteins with 600/400 Hypercoils are fine (for auto-x, track, BRP.)
Bilsteins with Eibachs are horrible.
