Default Strange Early 78 Engine Mounts

I have a customer in Australia with an early car (160th) and it has these engine mounts. Have any of you early car experts seen anything like this?
They wrap around the cross member and bolt through horizontally.

Interesting, no safety hook built-in. I have a 9th edition (January 1980) early parts catalog, and the only motor mount number listed is 928 375 043 02, and the picture shows the -02 mount with the safety hook. However, there are still horizontal holes in the crossmember in the pic. (See below) If you google 92837504301, you get the supercession to the -02 part, but no pics of an -01. Perhaps there is reference to the -01 in earlier editions of the ersatzteile-katalog (?) Earlier catalogs are really expensive when they come up for sale.

As you say the 01 SS to the 02.
I did check to see if there were any 01 mounts anywhere but nada.

Roger --

Those look a lot like Mercedes engine mounts. Can't pick a model from my failing brain matter, but the suspended-bridge design is common on their cars.

Not in #107, Minerva had the -02 mounts and no horizontal holes in the crossmember.

I wonder if some of these early models had the cross members changed due to NLA motor mounts?

With as original as Minerva was, very doubtful.

IIRR ROW 0221 has them and also US 0016. 2-77 dated spare parts catalogue is missing entire engine suspension section.
