Default oil cooler lines pressure

Does anyone know if the oil cooler lines are high or low pressure and the value?

But get more.

These lines are pressure-regulated and see 5 Bar (75 psi), or a bit more, a lot. The hose is rated for "burst pressure." Get at least 200 psi as a safety measure. And note that leaking at the fittings is the most likely failure.
