Just FYI if the the 48x56x4mm (or thereabouts) O ring in the oil cap needs to be replaced the Volvo oil cap seal 940096 seems to fit and work well and these are $0.30 or so... if you are ordering other stuff so shipping/handling does not crush you.

The stocker 99970184640 is also cheap ordered with other parts, $6 shipped by itself or under $2 on FCP plus shipping. I'll try to remember to order a couple next time I am ordering something and hit the free shipping threshold.

Half the reason I am posting this is so I remember and can search for the info again but maybe it'll help others.

At least check your oil filler cap gasket.
