Fixed my odometer and after that repair can not get bright lights working. Replaced headlight relay no help.

I assume you mean 'high beams'? The pins are clean for the connector from the turn indicator/high beam stalk?

This may have nothing to do with your issue but to repair the odometer you must have disconnected and reconnected the pod switches as part of the process. Check that the wire terminals have not pushed out of the socket for the headlight switch.
