I am into 951s and don't know the 931. What are you guys using for turbos when upgrading. Anyone running a k26/8 from a 951? How is performance and lag properties?

The flange on the 931 turbo is a unique 3 bolt design which makes upgrading the turbo pretty much impossible without fabricating a new exhaust manifold.

The alternative is to go hybrid, like I did (and a friend from Sweden), he put K27 on a stock K26 hotside. With other mods (pistons etc) and 2,2 Bar (!) boost, he was somewhere 350-400 hp range.
I put K28 coldside (with K29 comp wheel) on a stock hotside. Right now I'm in heavy modification progress, but I'll post results of it.
