I about fell out of my chair when I saw this one. It's not a 924/944 but claims to be some sort of 914/911 hybrid?

Pretty sure it's just a v8 fiero but it's hard to tell under all that nasty bodywork.

Why does this car scare the crap outa me?
Oh, man ... that car's owner has definitely seen every episode of "Street Outlaws." Probably multiple times. The wood steering wheel is a nice vintage touch.

From the tail lights it looks like there could be a 914 in there someplace. What really scares me is this: "Custom carbon fiber 6ft rear wing not pictured-connected to full rollcage at rear."

Six foot wing? Is that six feet wide? Six feet high? Doesn't sound so good either way.

That yellow one looks like something zagato would design. Interesting.

Saw this car https://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/cto/6180672647.html it is really nice but the passenger side rear fender was poorly repainted. If you can live with the looks of the rear fender (I couldn't) it is a nice car.

10k for a 100k mile 84 is pretty proud. But it does look in great shape! I think I could see him getting what he wants in time, if he has all maintenance records. Seems he might. I think one owner, well maintained and documented cars are going to get harder and harder to come by.

I didn't see the paint problems, ad says no body work. What were you seeing?

It is a very nice car, I just wanted to point out what you cannot see in the pics. The best way I can describe what the fender looks like is if you took sand paper and rubbed it all over the fender. I agree with you about the car 951Dreams just hoping to save someone the cost of a plane ticket or driving time since the seller does not disclose this in the ad.

OMG That yellow car looks like a death trap, For some reason I believe there is body filler on the welds, wonder why they did that? and then covered in in Krylon spray paint.. How can people do that? Oh the humanity.....-Great thread Made me laugh!

Ohhh, when you say you saw the car, you mean you SAW it. In person. I was thinking you meant saw the ad! Great job posting up with your first hand experience!!! I was pouring over those pics to try to find what you were seeing that I was missing!!!

Lesson here is pics NEVER do a paint job justice.

Many trips pulling an empty trailer only to return home... with an empty trailer. I have not made that same mistake in years, lesson learned!
