Your hood to nose panel gap looks a bit wide from these pics, you can also see it where the hood doesn't match the fender curve by the windshield, like someone had the hood off and didn't adjust it properly when they put it back on..
You should be able to loosen the bolts on the hinges and scoot it forward a bit..
Check that battery box for rust so you don't get a leak into your interior, and it's a good idea to clean the sunroof drains out with weed whip line so you don't get a leak there either..

A little update on the car. Currently working on the interiors, will send the dash to Werk924, in germany, where it will be restored (Can't wait to see a crack-free dashboard). I will soon disassemble some of the exterior panels and get everything repainted.

Sorry for the late reply, it has been a while. I came back to post some pictures of the car, now almost ready. I sent them some pictures and they told me it wasn´t fixable... I ordered a replacement dash.
