Default Harness questions: Wire ID help

with my new engine on the way, I just tore out the DME and KLR harnesses out of my 951. This car was previously megasquirted but I had done this reusing as much of the factory wiring as possible. I am now in the process of building an entirely new standalone harness for the car but I have a couple of wires on the engine harness that I can't identify.

#1 What is this wire that seems to be teed off on the right hand side of the O2 sensor plug?

#2 this is where that wire from #1 terminates, it seems to come off the O2 sensor and goes into this plug in the body here

#3 what are these blue and red wires? They connect to a two pin molex type plug near the brake booster, the other end merges into the alternator/starter harness. Is it for the ignition switch to the starter?
