944 Front Windshield Wiper Motor Problems
 

I have a 1987 Porsche 944 and need a refurbished front windshield wiper motor and I can't find one for under $625.00. Was kinda looking in the $250.00 range. Part number is 94462830301. (I have two motors which probably can be refurbished by a reputable company, but both failed because of 30 years of weather.) I can buy them used from ebay for a good price, but they are all used and my purchase HAS to be a refurbished/rebuilt motor - buying a non-refurbished product in this case just buys me a motor which will soon fail. Any thoughts? DRW

Take your motor apart and relube it and clean the contacts. Otherwise you should be able to obtain a used one here on RL from another member (i don't have a spare to sell sorry)
