How do these plugs look to you?

Default How do these plugs look to you?
They've been in for at least 10 years. Just replaced them with some Bosch WR7DC+ plugs. I've driven the car 400ish miles since owning and did have some close calls with overheating. To me they look lean/hot. What do you think?
