Thank you! Have been meaning to do this ever since I replaced my lines with a cheap set from autozone in a pinch. God bless my insomnia.

Always a good question so I looked into it. It says:

Kit Features:
Compression fitting connections
High temperature aeroquip textile coated hose
Tubing cutter included

And Aeroquip is a brand that manufactures hoses. You can find out "where" they are manufactured using this info, and I can tell you that aeroquip hoses are nice and I have them on my 944 turbo.

Why is there a tube cutter included?

This is obviously a great deal but some should be aware that their cars don't have this style fitting; instead, you might have a clamp on the hose, which slides over the flared metal line.

The factory lines are not designed to allow you to replace the rubber sections. The rubber is crimped to the hard line as a one piece section, usually all the way back to the fuel pump. What this kit does is change that over to a compression fitting or "flairless bite ring" fitting. This allows you to keep your section of hard line and replace only the rubber sections that go bad.

All Aeroquip hose is manufactured in the USA.

This is opened back up for a while today. I had a bunch of emails this morning from people who missed it. If you still want in, don't wait.

Default A Christmas present for the girlfriend.

Got mine, arrived quickly after ordering. Been slow to post. They are under the Christmas tree. A gift for the girlfriend. The case knife was not included.

The girlfriend? That's the name of the 944. After purchasing her some nine years ago I sent an email to the family that I had a new girlfriend. She's 21, black, high maintenance, and will likely leave me stranded on the side of the road as I've been left before. AND her name is PORSCHE,

Then I forgot to include the picture. About an hour later I sent them a picture of the car.
