Any interest in a passenger-side early manual sport seat in brown?
I've got an '84 with brown manual sport seats, and the driver's side is in dire need of being re-covered. I've been planning on going semi-custom with replacement upholstery colors, but the passenger seat is in really good shape, so I'd hate to tear up a clean original seat when I know there aren't a lot of these seats out there to begin with.
Is there anyone out there that might be interested in some kind of a swap? I'd love to find a passenger-side early sport seat that needs to be reupholstered anyhow. Barring anyone looking for a trade, I might be up for buying a poor-condition seat, then selling the good one.
FYI, I'm in the Denver/Boulder area, and local would be preferred since who knows how freaking expensive it'd be to ship a seat...

(Mods: I have no clue if this is an ok place for this post, so if I'm wrong, please just let me know so I can fix it!)

I do, but the thing I've realized the longer I'm staring at it is that it's not as pristine as I gave it credit for initially- there are a couple decent scuffs on the seat, and the leather is pretty dry, even after a moderate amount of conditioning. It might be just as well for me to re-cover this one rather than suggest it as a 'nice' seat for someone else given the overall condition.
It just looks really nice by comparison to the driver's seat, which is horrifying. :P
