Need to borrow a good DME for a 1987 944

Hi all - I am in the process of resurrecting a 1987 944 na that sat for approximately 11 years. So far I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, reference sensors and many other items, but I am getting a no start. I've tested the usual suspects including DME relay, fuel pump, etc. I really think it may be the DME itself, but before I drop $300+ on a rebuilt unit, can anyone in the north Atlanta/Gwinnett area loan me a known good one for a couple of days. There's at least a six pack in it for your trouble.

Thanks

Bump. Anyone? I would gladly make it worth your while. As an alternative if someone could test my unit that would at least tell me if there is a problem.

Specialized ECU has a video on Youtube to test the reference sensors. Just a beginning but may help you.

I would also begin by cleaning EVERY ground on the car especially the battery to block. Cover the flywheel access hole on the top of the engine or you WILL drop a nut or bolt in the hole.

Thanks. The reference sensors are both new and properly tested. The battery is new and the grounds have been cleaned. Fuel pressure is good as well. Injectors are firing. I have re-soldered the usual suspects within DME. I went through something similar on my 911 a few years ago. In that case it was the DME but I was able to fix it by resoldering a few joints. This time it isn't working. I also swapped coils.
