Hi everyone,

Argh! I had bought a backup DME/KLR a couple years ago when I was doing lots to my car and the price was right. About 6-7 months ago coming home the car started quitting randomly and finally refused to restart.

I did the usual stuff, swapped DME relays, checked to make sure all was tight, etc. and nothing seemed out of place so I pulled out the DME and swapped it in and it started right up and ran just fine until about a week ago and I got in and it just refused to start. Checked connections and they were good, so far every test I've been able to run shows good for everything else.

I'm in Burlington, NC and hoping that someone around has a 944 DME I can borrow and test to see if mine will start up. If so I plan on getting a Rogue Tuning one to replace mine. I'm willing to pay postage both ways if someone is a little farther away.

JoshB in ATL can prob help you out. Need some more details on your car though, year etc...

It's an 86 Turbo....may have to check with him, work however may make life difficult for a while, so trying to organize it so I can get this fixed before I have to get training for a new job.
