supercharged S2, better low-end than a 968 from my driving experience...

I'd think the 968 would be higher performing, but it's not as good looking, especially as a cabriolet. I vote 996TT

it all depends what you want t accomplish, a 968 with a supercharger will definitively have more low end power than a modded 951 because of lag and it's better suited as a daily driver, but for just sheer speed I'll take the modded 951, the 968 will pull on first gear, maybe second but once boost kicks in the 951 it will be gone.

The 968 looks better from the rear, the front not too good
The 951 doesn't look modern from the back, but the front is one of the best out there.

they are both expensive to maintain and both become less reliable once modified.

I will take a 968 Turbo S over a 951, but not a supercharged 968

The cost to supercharge a 968 I am estimating 3.5K to 4K maybe more
with the same amount of money you can have 350rwhp in the 951

I have driven both, one of my customers here in socal has a 968 cabrio supercharged nice car but it wont even come close to my lartmobile.

968 is an 80's car trying to look cool in the 90's. Like your grandad wearing a hoodie & Jordan's.

944/951 all the way. 80's were coole 90's sucked big time.

I change my answer, an S2 with a flowed head. My old engine had a flowed head and it was as fast as a turbo above 100 (proven). Plus you have the reliability of the 3.0L, without the pain of working on the turbo. You get that S2 gearbox and the S2/951 looks.

I'll take the 951. It has the sweet 80's awesome factor, plus a S/C 968 will never be able to match the speed of a modded 951.
