I did not know that. Would you have matched the price? I paid $137 shipped.

Probably, but like I said it doesn't matter. They all come from the same place. Rennbay.

Travis has some tough ball joints. Just ask the turn 3 wall at Road Atlanta. This was his 17mm extended length version with the bronze bushings. I use them on my race car.
The race car has been rebuilt, and yes I got a used control arm and used Travis's kit again.

Yes, it is important for your wheel to stay attached to the car... even after you hit a wall.

Yes, my car is a lowered 951, and the wheels did stay on the car. The ball joint pin did however pull out of the spindle. The driver had the wheel cut right and it backed into the wall at an angle so the tire grabbed the wall and ripped the ball joint out of the spindle. I was letting a friend borrow the car. My car is almost ready for this season and will be looking better, faster and lighter than ever.

Hi All, Rennbay's ball joint instructions are great, but I do better with picture. The link below is the one I used as I had never done the job before. Worked out great as a first timer.

Great instructions...I used a 6 inch section of the end of a wooden broom handle to "seat" the bronze bushing. I then place the broom handle "tool" in my cabinet for future use. Very useful tool.
