Are your cookies off? Turn your cookies on. Paragon used to do the same to me but not anymore.

YIKES

I had this happen a while back but figured it's because my computer is tweaked and abnormal (like me )

Okay, here's the fix... (basically, you're overriding the cookie privacy setting that's default to IE by entering our sites into the "allowed" list):

http://www.tech-session.com/misc/pp_cookies.htm

I'll work with our shopping cart host to figure out a permanent solution.

Good Luck! Please let me know if you have any other problems.

I had that with PP aswell. The easiest way I found was to buy something that you didn't want, and the cart would re-appear full. then just delete your 'unwanted' item.....

Of course, if you bankmanager is a nice guy, you could just keep on adding

Lamah, not to sound rude or anything, but that is one of the main reasons I(and many others) exclusively use Paragon; because of their human service. Give Jason a call, I think you'll soon agree that he makes Paragon one of the best customer service oriented companies around. With Paragon, I actually avoid internet shopping.

Heck, worse comes to worse, just email me the information and I'll take care of it. I can call for the credit card info or you can send it in a couple of seperate emails for protection.Paragon Products jason@paragon-products.com

I had heard nothing but good things about Paragon which is why I ordered my wastegate from them, but I did not have a good experience with them. I just wanted some technical questions answered about the wastegate. I had to wait several hours for a return call just ask my question. No big deal, I know they're busy. When I did ask my question I was told that they would call back with an answer "after lunch". Fifteen minutes before they closed, I had to call THEM. I was forwarded an email which did not answer my question, so I replied and asked for more information. I never got it... So I sent a email to Paragon and indicated that I was unhappy with their service and that their level of service told me that they did not want my buisness. They didn't even respond to that, so they will not be getting my buisness in the future.

Lamah, sorry, I missed the sarcasm of that post.

RK, that's truly a new one on me.
