Sorry to ressurect this old thread, but I have a question about the urethane for repairing transmission mounts... namely where did you buy it? Tried to PM but got this message;
"pontifex4 has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space."

Use Vitaflex, it’s available in various harness levels. I did mine with 30 which is a medium hardness and it’s worked well for me, stiffened the mount nicely without any nvh side effects. Be aware though that this will not “repair” a mount, it simply stiffens the mount and you still need the rubber to be in good condition and in one piece for it to work.

Don't know if they ship to Canada but on the urethane-filled mounts I've done, I've always bought about 1lb of 80-hardness from McMaster Carr online.

I used Dow U-428 Plus, $11 from Amazon, on an Audi engine mount. Good stuff but you need a strong calking gun to move it, not a cheap stamped metal one.
