So I bought a genuine Porsche 968 mirror kit to update my 951... to my disbelief the Mirror kit doesn't actually come with the mirrors? Comes with everything else but the glass. Confirmed with Porsche that they just didn't accidentally leave it out... nope! That how they sell the mirror kit.

Not sure I follow the logic here but anyway it leaves me looking for mirrors... any one have some for sale?

Interesting. I bought my kit from Paragon and it came with genuine glass. Might try contacting them?

I think you're being unreasonable to think that your mirror kit should actually come with mirrors ;-). Yes sir, we ran into this issue a couple of years ago. We've been selling these kits for quite a period of time and it was really fun to start getting calls from customers telling us that there were no mirrors in their mirror kits. I was especially pleased when this happened on an international shipment as you can imagine. Certainly we always made right on it but it was a hassle for the customer and an added cost to us to ship out the glass. Somewhere along the way Porsche lost track of the fact that the were supposed to include the mirrors in these kits. Rather than fixing that the decided to sell the mirrors seperately from the mirror kit...makes perfect sense right...LOL. So, you'd also figure they'd lower the price of kit...well, you'd be WRONG! Same price, PLUS you still have to buy the mirrors. Go figure. Anyone that buys a kit from us will notice the the mirror glass is a "break out" item on the invoice for the kit.

Any chance you can help me out on the mirrors? Do you sell them... please PM if you can.

I bought a bunch of stuff from you a number of years ago and was 100% satisfied (you actually gave me coils with the coil-over kit, whoda thunk it!) Porsche... if your watching time to start taking notes.
