Are these cam lobes still okay?
 

(Seems like the threads with pictures of worn cam lobes are old and the pictures no longer there.)

Should I be worried about the wear on these cam lobes?

are they smooth or rough when you touch them with a clean finer?

I wish I had checked that when I had the cam cover off :(

If I had to guess I'd say they are ok. Looks like some minor pitting/scoring but nothing major. Ideally you'd have measured lobe height and compared to spec. But they still look nice and pointy and don't appear to have severe galling so I wouldn't be too nervous if I were you.
