Thanks for the kind words.

You most deff. did not.
VW/Audi engine blocks for 1.3L trough 1.6L were the same, but for the 1.8L they had a different block. Neighter of those blocks was used in the 924.

First obvious thing is they all had block mounted ignition dizziez...so totally different design. Except the fact that they had 4 cyls there is nothing common between the 924 block and those engines.
I'm a VW guy as well and i know my engines. The Audi/VW engine even have different cyl spacing.
If it werent so we would be happly using VW/Audi 16V heads on our 924 engines

oh, and i also miss my audi 80(fox for usa)

Looks great, a vey unique car.

I have more ground clearance than hat and I still hit the ground sometimes. That will be tough to drive on public roads without damaging th front end, but it does look good!

You don't like ATS classics, I think they look great on the car, very period "cool".

You can't go wrong with fender flares.

Thanks. The good thing about this car is, I don't really need it and I don't care about how comfy it is. It might become utterly insane in the end and I'll like it because of that.

And you're right, ATS Classics are period cool. But I never liked them with the stock looks. Mine have got this huge center plate which really is a detail that helps the wheels in my opinion.
