Sorry, I've been busy changing the engine oil pump.
Expasion valve is the valve causes, and according to my mechanic told me, is tightened with a normal key.

When I finished changing the oil pump, and test if it boots, stated the case, for here.

What is OPRV?

Thanks for your interest!

Oil pressure relief valve.

Not trying to hijack your thread, but how important is it to use the alignment tool? I plan to do my oil cooler seals soon and if it's not life or death important then I'd like to save my money so I can get my car back together.

i made a stupid mistake when putting my car back together, i got no oil pressure because i forgot to put the sleeve back on the oil pressure relief valve. It looks like everyone has been really thorough here that's the only thing i could think of

Clasik, I don't understand what you are saying. Have someone else type for you. You also did not answer any of my questions. Please read my entire post until you understand it and can answer all of my questions and make sense when replying. For the rest of the rookie do it yourself-ers here on RL, it's getting a little nerve wrecking on some of the questions you guys have been posting. Do your homework and save yourself time and heartache, otherwise hire a 944 specialist such as myself or other Rennlisters here-

I thread in the OPRV while I'm tightening the housing down - and then check that it comes out and goes in nicely... Knock on wood, I haven't had an issue yet.

Sorry for my English.
I am Spanish, I've found the problem.
This is a cap of crankcase. It was not well introduced.

I've it introduced well. And I have pressure. I have one bar of pressure.

Now I only change the Oil pressure relief valve.

Do you know where I can find a Oil pressure relief valve for my Porsche 944 Turbo, m44/51 engine?

Thank´s all you.
