If I had a 928, I would be wanting these. They look great!

Not just for 928's! Any 5x130 bolt pattern that can handle offsets similar to the Porsche Carrera III wheels.

Sorry, i understand they fit. I actually own 928 wheels for my car. I should have been more clear.

I don't think dials are suited to all Porsche models. My 924 being one of them. They just don't complement the body lines as much as a spoked wheel. A 17 is also pushing my personal limit on the smaller 924.

Your modern interpretation of the dial looks perfect on the 928. They complement the car perfectly without being loud. The size, and style are perfect. I love it. They would probably also look great on a 944 series car with 968 mirrors and door handles.

So, if I had a 928 (not a 924) I would be looking to order

^^^^^ Right on.

I do however, think the modern interpretation will work on more Porsches than the 928 and 944 series. Can wait to try them out on a 911.

FWIW, the design does not "feel" or "look" like an 18"r, in person... esp when compared to a modern 5-spoke. It's just more "meaty" and the design is closer to the center.
That's why people think this looks like the original Phone Dial.

Yeah, I want to see them on a 911 as well. Maybe a slightly lowered targa.

Default project update - Kickstarter

We're preparing to launch a Kickstarter campaign at the end of the month.

Main reason if to fund SAE testing and certification. We want to make sure the wheels are safe and will last a long time.

This will also afford us a solid launch into preproduction manufacturing, and get a few set of wheels made and on your 944's! How cool is that?

I believe this has the potential to take this project to the next level, and help deliver the best wheels possible. And support from ya'll will help get us there.

Stay tuned, and in the meantime start boning up on Kickstarter. It's cool!

Default Fitment question

So we know the 8" front and 9" rear wheels will fit nicely, but for those who want bigger tires:

What would you do with these?

18 X 9.5 ET76

18 X 9.5 ET50

18 X 10.5 ET63
