I don't think they were ever made in our bolt pattern though. It's probably for the best since I have too many sets of wheels as it is for a car I don't drive.
I want those.

Thanks TheBlau.

We have continued momentum on this project, and look forward to validating 944/951 fitment with the prototype. 928 fitment is off to a good start, so thing are looking promising!

It looks like you can see a hint of them in this photo on the back side.

Looks sweet! Once I have all the paint finished with my car wheels will be the next thing to upgrade.

Good catch, I can see it. I'm hoping you'll make these in low and high offsets with wide widths.

Looking great Jadz928. Just remember, there are more 944s than 928s out there, don't forget your poor cousins.

Looked back through the thread but must have missed it, what is the estimated price tag?

Of course I would not forget you guys! Matter of fact, an esteemed member will be helping my w/944/951 fitment.

Price is not set, but will be custom design boutique pricing. My goal is to do much better than Fuch replicas (fuchsperformance).

Hope to make it it work w/o spacers, but the design and what look right on the frontside will dictate what's needed on the backside.

Thanks for all your interest. I will try to get back regularly to answer questions.

Average weight 26.5# (at this point in the project, not final weight)

Our fitment study is nearing completion, and it looks like ya'll will have fitment very similar to the magnesium Cup Phone Dials!

Right now the rear fitment is exactly the same 9" ET57, front is 8" ET57.

For those wanting wider, there are 9.5" ET50 and 10.5" ET63 options.

Note: offset may change slighty, possibly - ET 2/3mm (very minor changes at this point)

Here's some pics of the prototype wheel mounted on my S4:
