Steering Wheel Wobble
I have been noticing that at about 50 I can feel my right front tire acting like it is out of alignment. You can look at the steering wheel and see it going back and forth, left to right really quick. I have new wheel bearing and have had a front end alighnment in the last month. I also changed the right side tie rod end (outer) but no difference. Last night when I got back from a 15 minute run the right front wheel was hot and it smelled like burning brake pads. I checked them today and they are fine. It has new tires, balanced and no bent rims. I can't find any slack in the steering either. Checked the wheel bearing and they are fine. Someone tell me what else I can do to the car besides change every single part on the front end. I don't want to be that guy that spends $50,000 for a $15,000 dollar car.

check the brake caliper, see if it's siezed. that can cause your burning brake pad smell, and can in some cases cause shimmying in the steering wheel.
check the ball joints as well. when mine went, the wheel would shake, especially when the load of the car was on the bad joint

Yup. Stuck caliper. Drags on the brake and heats it un-uniformly (inside or outside), and it warps temporarily. I'll bet your rotor is much hotter on that side. I saw a front wheel smoking once on my Carrera before I fixed this. Couldn't for the life of me explain the weird severe shimmy before that.

As long as you have have the A-arms off checking the ball joints, check your control arm bushings. Check the ones on the actual A-arm and the ones on the bracket connecting the A-arm to the frame. Had those go bad on my S2 and ended up with some bad vibrations right between 50-60mph, especially while going around curves.

Ditto on the brake calipers. If they are stuck and dragging they'll likely cause the rotor to warp permanently. I'd rebuild or replace the calipers and have the rotors checked for being warped.
