Just pulled in and noticed that my A/C clutch is dragging when the A/C is off. The pulley is clearly turning more slowly than it should and it comes with an accompanying friction noise.

When the A/C is on the compressor works fine, I get good cooling.

Can just the clutch be replaced, or even just possibly fixed?
