Some small Junkyard Scores Jessup,MD
I went to Crazy Rays in Jessup, MD yesterday and got some small scores. There is an 85.5+ 944 there. Before I got to it somebody took all of the important electronics and pretty much everything of value. I was able to get a jumper fuel line and a barely worn at all shifter thing. I plan on having somebody replace the hose on the jumper while still using the factory ends.

It looks to have an unusual "CAMEL" colored interior. How were the seats?
Is that an "S" model? hard to tell from the distributor...Was the motor complete? |
The interior was very worn but it was camel colored. I don't know how to distinguish the S model but the motor was complete except for the intake tube, cap, rotor, plug wires. Its an 8v model. The rear control arms were 951 part numbers, sachs struts, N/A brakes. I didn't check to see if it had a rear sway bar because the rear of the car was sitting in mud.

Bordin-next time you plan on going let me know and I may be able to meet you up there
|
Ok, I'm probably going to go when next semester starts here at UMD. I met you at autocross at Baysox, I was with the CPT people.
|
Yes I do remember that, sadly my 951 isnt on the road, my S2 isnt much to look at.
|
My 944 is only 1/2 on the road. There is a ton of play on the water pump pulley and it leaks like crazy. I'm hoping to have it here next semester.
Here are some newer pictures of mine in case you haven't seem it. http://www.collegeparktuning.com/showthread.php?t=2992 |
