Anybody know where to source large sheets of black magnetic stuff?
You know, the stuff sign companies use. I might fabricate some stone shields for my car.

Looks to be pretty reasonable. You might also try local sign shops. They usually keep some in stock. |
Craft stores like Michaels and The Rag Shop carry this stuff. The biggest I've seen are 1 foot x 2 foot rolls.

Dick Blick Art supply sells it by the foot, 2 feet wide. I ordered some today. I'll post pics of the results.

I used this to make #' for my track car. Kevin |
I just stopped at Michaels and they have a 1'x2'roll of mag with a adhesive back for $9.99. <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" />
