Default FS: Set of (4) Ford Brown-top 36# injectors, $45

As title states, a set of 4 Brown-top Ford (Bosch) injectors rated at 36lb/hr.

These will directly swap with stock 944NA injectors; they use the same o-ring kit (Kragen # 274081), pintle cap, and fuel rail clip. Have the same electrical connector as well. They are the same resistance (impedance) as well.

These are about 50% larger than standard NA injectors in flow capacity, so they would be good for anyone doing a NA power build, a "turbo-my-NA" project, or converting an NA to E85 fuel. I picked them up some time ago for my supercharger project but since I bought them I changed my mind to run E85 and so I need even bigger injectors.

Looking for $45 shipped, I only take paypal.

Very interesting. They are also a direct fit into my 300zxt v6 turbo engine!

I don't have a Bosch number handy but the Ford number is E5ZE A3B

These will swap directly with the 944 injectors physically but will try to put too much fuel into your engine without you modifying the DME or having a need for more fuel (like if you had turbo'd your car).

yes, the injectors i am going to use are almost twice the size of these. the power i want to make plus the extra fuel needed for e85 necessitates a big injector, and the ones i am buying will leave me with some headroom for the future as well.

I have used these as replacements for the stock 951 injectors as well.

What are you doing exactly to your 944?

Any reason that these won't work on a stock NA early (84) 944? I need mine cleaned or replaced and this seems like a pretty solid deal if they will work. I am in for them if they fit. Just let me know who to paypal the $$ to.

Yes. Each time your injector pulses, these injectors will dump twice the amount of fuel you require. Your ECM will not know they are different injectors.

as blown944 points out these flow the same as 951 injectors however they do have different resistance which the 944NA computer likes better.

they fit directly, if you want them you can buy them but as ZR8ed points out...

they would be putting alot more fuel into your car for no reason. if you told the DME that you were running 36#ers instead of the stock 24# then it could compensate but if you just plug it in it wont work right.

ok. I am just trying to get this running well enough so I can drive it now and again while I rebuild a V8 to swap in. I will pass on this if it requires reprogramming the computer, unless I can do it in Java.
