Early,
I've had good results with IMA Motorsport. They're in Fairfax just outside the beltway. Their website is www.imamotorsport.com I've never had a problem with getting the car in on a couple of days notice, and their work has been outstanding. Not affiliated, but a very satisfied customer. Matt |
RPM is great. Look in Pano for them. There is also pitstop motorsports, but they ae $$$$$$! I use tom out at redline. I think he is about the best around and he has great prices. He is in Perciville(?) Va. What do you need done? Can I help? My Porsche is in the Nova area (where I'm from) waiting for it's engine.

I highly recommend Pitstop Motorsports in Alexandria. They've serviced and modified all of my P-cars, including two different 944's over a six-year period, and I couldn't be happier with them. They handle routine service matters as well as sophistocated mods. 703-212-0900. They're close to the Metro (Van Dorn) as well.

I concur with Matt. IMA has always done outstanding work for me and has an excellent reputation in the area. Just look at the number of IMA stickers on winshields at area DEs and club racing events.

Dr. John's Motorsports in Sterling is a great shop, and they actually race two Turbo S cars every weekend. It is my experience that their labor prices are about 25% lower per job than many others around here, and Dr. John's will install a part that you bring them if you want to save some money. And they are in Sterling near the DMV, not all the way out there in Purcellville.
Hope this helps. |
