944S2 Cruise Brain - Part Number?
 

Greetings all,

My '89 944S2 has an inoperative cruise control, which I suspect is a controller issue.

In a fit of pre-emptive planning I bought a used controller, assured by PET and the vendor that it was the correct one for my car.

Now that I actually come to the point where I have the time to address the problem, I find that the controller in the car is different, to the point that the connector is not compatible.

Does anyone have the correct part number for the cruise brain?

Mine starts with 911, if that is of any interest or assistance.
