Live it was me. Some one posted a link to your site and when the sites page for this car only had 3 pics of the unfinished project, I thought I would leave you a quick message, as I wanted more(a lot more actually) lol

To be honest I was hoping to see the finished car there. Thanks for dropping in and letting us know *the dream* lives on
peace

This thread reminds me of the BMW M3 "bubble car" circa 2004.

The project isn't completed yet. But it's not dead. Not by a long shot.

We got to a point where we were chasing some of the last NOS parts we needed to finish the job. Unfortunately, that took some time and, while we were waiting, a couple other projects jumped in front of my 951. I only get to work on my cars one day a week so time is at a premium.

The plan now is that we'll return to her sometime late winter. Maybe late February. We're very close to being ready for paint. I will, of course, post more photos when we;re back on the project.

Thanks to all for hanging in and special thanks to whoever it was who dropped me a reminder via my website to update this thread.

Glad to hear you are still alive and kickin. Thought maybe you went to the great Porsche track in Heaven.

@LivefromNY.......Fellow Austinite. Would love to see it in person as well.....and I think we had a sidebar about your new paint booth a year or so back. I have 2-3 sets of different OEM Porsche "wheels" I wouldn't mind painting still .

Just picked this thread up_ the SHOP is AWESOME! You have a business in the making here if you wanted to do this professionally. Really nice work on the car.

I wonder if the dude is still alive. He bought a restored '65 F250 from me in 2012 and I've emailed him a couple of times asking if he's done any additional work. Crickets.

Sometimes yes, all the time - not.

But not sure how and when that becomes your problem?
