He sent me the pictures pretty quickly. I replied that the car was looking like what I expected and asked for three additional pictures before we firmed everything up. Robert replied that he was too busy and had already spent too much time on the car.

Needless to say with that attitude my interest in the car waned pretty quicky
European buyers are welcome, and we can help assit getting the car to port for a fee.

I also asked few more pictures. He did not even answer my email. I have a friend in VA who promised to pick up this car if we make a deal. I was looking for a 951 S project for my eldest son. After all it's hard to make a desicison if you have seen only one picture on Rennlist and you are living in the another continent, even if it is just a 4K$ car.
I lost my interest to this 951.

I sent 3 emails to your address totaling 22mb. Another Rennlister that requested pics before you did said he wants the car. I am waiting for my friend to get back to me so I can put him in touch with the other party.

Could you PM me your email address and I will gladly send the pics again in case our current buyer falls through? I got your email from Robert. I might have written it down wrong. Sorry for the trouble.

Update: Buyer has been in contact with seller regarding transfer of funds. Looks like the car has found a new home. Thanks again for the positive posts and actions by fellow Rennlisters. Happy Holidays.

This car was definitely worthy of being saved and you should both be commended by everyone in this thread for a job well done.

As far as I know (in talking with Josh, and partly responsible for the SR Registry) the car will NOT be parted.

It is not a direct bolt in to your car.
