worst case scenario, u could go get a threaded rod and cut it to length. tack weld a nut on one end. sorry don't have an extra one of those heh....but i have some long bolts but don't think they're m10...they're prob m12 camber bolts.

what do you guys think for fuel lines... braided stainless steel or braided black nylon? im going to go with black/gold fitting... they will match the fuel rail and my cool ac delete bracket. im just not sure on the tubing...

damn i suppose i could go with the black/red fittings though....

hmmm damn this is tough...

ok so i figured out that there was a lot more harness down in that hole and i was missing a few plugs

so i pulled it all the way out and now i dont know what the heck these 2 plugs are for

also LOOK WHAT I FOUND

it was in the top drawer of an old toolbox... der

and now i begin wiring crap back together...

I have a question about the grounds...
If i move the battery to the trunk I pretty much just need a thick cable going from the battery to the starter right....? but then what about the supplimental cables that also connected to the positive terminal? should i have a cable go from the battery to some kind of distribution block... then from that block to the starter and the fuse box?

and also, do i still need a ground going from the clutch housing to the firewall?

I would recommend steering clear of the black nylon braided lines - I tried using them on my car and it was a disaster. They leaked awfully and they're not particularly resilient against abrasion (which could cause them to rupture). Definitely go with stainless braided lines, and get them from a reputable source (Jegs is good, also try Earl's www.anplumbing.com). Lastly, be careful when installing the compression fittings - the rings in the fittings are actually pretty fragile and will leak if cracked, so make sure that there aren't any burrs in the hardline when you cut it to install the compression fittings

ok so this is what i was thinking i needed to do... but now i dont really know...

this is the way the battery cables are set up normally...

now this is what i was thinking i was going to be doing... but now im not too sure this is right

does the engine NEED to be grounded to the frame of the car? also how important is it that there be good electrical flow from the block to the clutch housing... i just realized i painted my whole block.. including the surfaces where it mates up to the clutch housing... which means no electricity would ground through there...
