I thought Dan was going to post MORE pics. Has he went into that garage again and not reappear'd. I sure wish I wasn't returning from buying my 951 or I would have gone.

I'm drewling over the thought of all of those great looking 944/951's all lined up together. The few pics that I've seen have just wet'd my appetite!!

DanP and Perry951 each have several great pics.........I know Dan is out of town for several days......maybe when he gets back he can post some.

Perry had a thread about a week or two ago that had several pics......maybe do a search.

944Fest (aka Dan P)

Yo brothers, I'm honored you are missing me. I'm currently in Oshkosh, Wisconsin working the control tower for The EAA Airventure Fly in. We'll work 30,000 aircraft operations at this airport in 10 days, the busiest airport in the world for these days. You bet it is a rush. And you also understand why I haven't followed up with the pics. When we aren't up to our necks in aluminum, we're de-briefing in the bar at the hotel. I'll be home August 1st and promise to gather up the best pics and put up a good site. Perry did a great job for starters, I'm not a big fan of frames but I think it is the best way to show thumbnails and also provide big pics for those with fast connections. I'll have to figure out how to do frames.
Anyway, sorry to keep you salivating.. I promise a fest pic feast early next month!!

Cool. I just started this page this week. I'm a novis computer user (when it comes to websites that is) and I've found this Yahoo Group page thing, pretty easy to do. I don't have a digital camera but I took photos of my cars this week and had the photos put on a kodak CD by a photo shop. I had to resize them because they were initially 1mg per picture, then I uploaded them to the page.

Pretty cool I think. I'm doing some fun things with it. Like posting albums of pics of 944's and 951's (good pics only... are there any bad ones???) Just all different kinds of stuff. I'm really having fun with it. That's what this is all about.

attaching the photos is taking forever. I can do it much faster at school tommorow. do you have a photo album at your site? how do I get to it?

I saw that you sign'd up. Just go to the photo section on the left. After that pops up, click on the photo album that says "944 Fest". Once that pops up click on add photo button on upper left. You then be forwarded to a page where you have to pick each pic you want to up load. After you hit the submit/upload final button it does take awhile depending on your connection speed.
