Default Fun things for sale - LSD and S2 Short Block

Hey All,

I have an LSD trans removed from a 1983 944 in good shape. The ring and pinion gears have been checked and look good. I am looking to get $850 plus shipping.

I also have an S2 short block with 103k miles and beautiful cylinder walls. I'm looking to get $1500 plus shipping for this.

Call me at (440) 666-0350 or email me at APartAbove@aol.com with questions or for pictures. Thanks.

John

I would say there is still approximately 28,742.61 miles left on the LSD before it goes bad.....in all seriousness I don't know. It's in good shape, the ring and pinion gears are in good shape. There was no excessive build-up on the magnet which means the gears aren't worn too much. It's a good trans/LSD and will provide lots of use for someone who tracks their car.

There's plenty of miles left on the trans.

A better benchmark to include would be how many miles are on the transmission for those who are concerned about the condition of the trans and/or LSD pack.

Yes I still have the intake and TB from the S2, shoot me an email at APartAbove@aol.com or call me at (440) 666-0350. Travis, why would you want a tranny in Alaska? You live in Florida and that doesn't do you any good.

Didn't say I wanted it. I was just curious what it would cost to send one of those things to Alaska. Must be expensive.

I'm in Cleveland but shipping to Florida would probably be about $100-125.
