Installed 2 Car amps. a 100W 4channel amp and a 200W 2 channel amp. The amps fit in a custom piece of plywood in the driver side cubby, with room to spare for my emergency supplies.

I have an Alpine 12 Ch eq I need to install and a sub box I built with an 8" Stillwater SoloBaric Sub that fits right behind the driver. Hopefully by next week I'll have the amps wired to the head unit. I already had power there from the P.O.

I previously installed some Alpine 5 1/4 speakers in the rear panels. I had to weld and make some special brackets for them to fit in the 4x6 openings but they sound better than what was there.

Waited by the phone hoping it was ready to be picked up after having a front end bare metal respray. I'm on holiday from the end of the week so it'd be nice to have it back for then.

I was hoping for something a bit more plug and play for the price..

Maybe it won't be as frustrating as I imagine it being.

Yesterday I cut out templates for all the components (amps, x-overs, capacitor) I need to install and figured out exactly how I'm going to finish my stereo install.

Replaced the HVAC control unit, steering wheel, clock, trim around ignition cylinder, sanded and repainted the gauge cluster housing (nice smooth black now), and replaced the clear plastic covering the gauges. Got all of that at the junk yard for 40 bucks. My interior has never looked better!

fixed "that rattle" turned out to be one of the 2 muffler hangers lost a nut (giggidy) and caused the muffler to bang against the axle. While I had the car in the air doing an oil change, I discovered i need 2 front wheel bearings (unless they are a repackable type bearing?? anyone?)
